Privacy is most of what a family is buying here, so it would be strange to write four pages about it and say nothing. This page says what we hold, why, and where.

There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no tracking cookie and no third party script anywhere on this site. Every font, style and image is served from our own domain, so loading a page here does not tell any outside company that you were here. There is also no enquiry form, deliberately. If you write to us, you write from your own mail, and what we hold is the mail you sent.
אין באתר הזה אנליטיקס, אין פיקסל פרסומי, אין עוגיית מעקב ואין שום סקריפט של צד שלישי. כל גופן, עיצוב ותמונה מוגשים מהדומיין שלנו עצמו, ולכן טעינה של עמוד כאן לא מדווחת לאף חברה חיצונית שהיית כאן. גם טופס פנייה אין, במכוון. מי שכותב לנו כותב מהדואר שלו, ומה שיש אצלנו הוא המייל ששלח.
Israeli law requires that before a person is shown the details of a specific financial instrument, that person classifies himself as a qualified client, is told in writing that we hold no licence, and is told what we may be paid by a third party. It also requires that this be documented. That is the only reason such a page asks anything of you.
הדין בישראל מחייב שאדם, לפני שמוצגים לו פרטיו של מכשיר פיננסי מסוים, יסווג את עצמו כלקוח כשיר, ייאמר לו בכתב שאיננו בעלי רישיון, וייאמר לו מה אנחנו עשויים לקבל מצד שלישי. הוא גם מחייב שהדבר יתועד. זו הסיבה היחידה שעמוד כזה מבקש ממך משהו.
What is recorded: the full name you enter, which of the qualification conditions you ticked, the date and time from your device and the date and time written by the server, your time zone, your browser identification, and which document was opened. What is not recorded: identity number, address, bank details, holdings, and any figure describing your wealth. We do not ask for them and there is nowhere to enter them.

Where it sits: on a server in Belgium, inside the European Union, and not in the United States. It cannot be read from outside without our credentials, it cannot be altered once written, and it is not shared with anyone. Maverix Securities AG does not receive it. We keep it for as long as we may need to show that the sequence the law requires was in fact followed, and no longer.
